Three annual plans for verified GovCon employers. A Search Agent deploy costs 35 credits and returns 20 cleared candidates — $1.75 a head, name and LinkedIn on every card. Searching the talent database costs nothing. Cleared professionals never pay.

Prices in USD, billed annually. The first-year price is what you pay to start; the list price is what it renews at, and both are on this page so neither one is a surprise. Enterprise first-year pricing is set per deal. Signing up and getting verified costs nothing; you subscribe when you’re ready to source. Every employer is reviewed by a human before reaching a single cleared candidate.

    01 / The meter

You pay when the agent turns up someone new.

No per-posting fee, no charge for the seats reading the results, no percentage of anyone’s salary. Sourcing and unlocking are the only things that draw down credits, and 400 credits is roughly four roles sourced end to end.

    35credits

    A Search Agent deploy

Twenty cleared candidates sourced, scored, and ranked, each with a fit narrative, a full name, and a LinkedIn URL on the card. $1.75 a candidate. Another 35 adds the next twenty to the same role.

    1credit

    A contact reveal

Email and phone for one candidate off the Search Agent card, charged only when we actually turn up contact details, and once per company forever.

    0credits

    Talent database search

Search the cleared talent database as often as you like and see every match, ranked. Browsing costs nothing on any plan — identity stays masked until you unlock.

    3credits

    A talent database unlock

Last name, LinkedIn, email, and phone for one member. Account-level and permanent, so a second recruiter on your team never pays for the same person twice.

    Free, on every plan

    • Searching the cleared talent database, as often as you like
    • Re-running a search you already paid for
    • Refining requirements and re-scoring the same role
    • Reading profiles, narratives, and rankings
    • Expressing interest in a candidate
    • Extra seats reading the shared pipeline
    • Everything on the talent side, permanently
    $0 for cleared talent, permanently

We don’t charge the people looking for work.

The cleared-hiring default is to upsell candidates on a “premium” tier at the exact moment they’re job hunting. Every feature we build for talent is free and stays free: resume parsing, the daily market scan, ranked matches, the fit narrative on each one, and the coaching chat.

Verified employers fund the platform. That’s the whole business model, and it’s the reason the talent side has no paywall to negotiate.

    Match me to cleared roles

What talent gets, at no cost

    • Resume and LinkedIn parsed into clearance, agency, and program data
    • A daily scan across USAJobs and verified GovCon career feeds
    • Ranked matches with a written explanation of each fit
    • Digest email on the cadence you choose
    • No premium tier, now or later

If a talent feature ever goes behind a paywall, we’ve broken our own promise. Hold us to it.

    02 / Before you commit

    The questions buyers actually ask.

    What exactly is a credit?

The meter has four numbers. A Search Agent deploy is 35 credits for 20 cleared candidates, or $1.75 each, with a name and a LinkedIn URL on every card. Revealing that candidate's email and phone is 1 more, charged only when we actually find contact details. Searching the cleared talent database is free. Unlocking a database profile — last name, LinkedIn, email, phone — is 3. Roughly 105 credits sources a role end to end, so 400 credits is about four roles.

    What doesn't cost credits?

Searching the talent database, however often you like. Re-running a search, refining the requirements, and re-reading a shortlist you already paid for. Viewing profiles, reading narratives, sorting, and expressing interest. You're charged when the agent finds someone new or you unlock a way to reach them, never for looking at what you already have.

Why is the first year cheaper than the renewal?

Because you're buying a young product on our word rather than a decade of reference calls, and that's worth something. Starter is $5,000 the first year and renews at $6,500; Growth is $10,000 and renews at $12,500. Enterprise first-year pricing is set per deal. We'd rather print both numbers than land you at a discount you didn't know was temporary — the renewal jump is the oldest trick in enterprise software and we're not running it.

Do credits expire at the end of the month?

No. The whole annual allowance lands when the plan starts and sits on the balance for 12 months. There is no monthly cap to strand credits in a slow quarter, which matters because cleared hiring bunches into September through January. Credits are pooled across the whole company, so a seat that goes quiet for a month doesn't burn anything.

What happens if we run out mid-year?

Buy a top-up pack from the billing page and the credits land on the balance right away — $19 a credit on Starter, $13 on Growth, $8 on Enterprise, in blocks of 100, 250, and 500. Top-ups cost more than in-plan credits on purpose: past roughly 716 credits a Starter is better off on Growth, and we'd rather you move up than keep buying blocks. You can also switch on auto top-up, which buys a pack the moment the balance drops below a threshold you choose, with a cap on how many times per cycle so a busy week can't run up a surprise invoice.

    What counts as a user?

Anyone on your team with their own login. The credit pool is shared, so a five-seat Growth plan is five recruiters drawing from the same 1,200 credits, with per-person usage broken out on the dashboard. Unlocks are shared too — once anyone on the team unlocks a candidate, that candidate is unlocked for everyone, permanently.

Is ClearMatch really free for cleared talent?

Yes, permanently. No premium tier, no paywall on the features that matter while you're job hunting: resume parsing, the daily market scan, match narratives, coaching. Verified employers fund the platform. If we ever paywall a talent feature, we've broken our own promise, and you should hold us to it.

Why is your pricing public when the rest of the cleared-hiring market hides theirs?

Because you hate the demo-call dance as much as we do. Sales-gated pricing exists so a vendor can charge each buyer whatever they look like they'll bear. We'd rather put the number on the page and win on the product.

We already use a cleared job board and a staffing firm.

Boards are passive: your req sits there and you screen whatever arrives. Staffing firms take 25 to 40 percent of first-year salary, so a single cleared placement can cost more than a year of Growth. Run ClearMatch in parallel on one open req and measure time-to-shortlist against both.

    Why annual terms?

Cleared hiring runs on contract cycles, not calendar months, and an annual credit pool is big enough to actually staff a task order. Plans renew annually until you cancel; cancel from the billing portal and you keep access through the end of the term you paid for. No exit fee.

    How does employer verification work?

A human reviews every employer account before it can see a single candidate profile. Personal email domains are blocked at signup, we require a US-entity attestation, and sensitive actions are audit-logged. The security page has the full breakdown.

Two ways in. Zero sales calls required.

Employers: sign up, get verified, and pick a plan when you’re ready to source. Cleared professionals: deploy your agent and never pay a cent.
