ClearMatch is a cleared-talent agent, not a job board. Three employer tiers, all public. Talent gets every feature, free, forever.
Every tier is 100% free for the first 6 months post-launch.
No credit card. No expiring trial. No feature gates. Talent is free forever; employers ride free through the launch window. Paid tiers kick in after that.
For small primes, subs, and staffing firms running 1–3 open cleared roles.
Free for 6 months
then ~$125/mo paid annually
For midsize GovCons (Guidehouse / Groundswell scale) with active hiring pipelines.

Free during launch period
then Starts at $20,000 / year
The cleared-jobs default is to upsell candidates on a “Premium” tier right when they're job-hunting. We don't. Every feature we build for talent — AI resume parsing, LinkedIn enrichment, daily agent digest, natural-language coaching — is free, unlimited, no feature flags, no “upgrade to unlock.”
Our revenue comes entirely from verified employers. If a feature ever gets paywalled for talent, we've broken our own promise. Hold us to it.
Deploy my Recruiting AgentYes. Permanently, unambiguously free. No premium tier, no paywalls when you're actively job-hunting, no upsell. Every feature — resume OCR, LinkedIn scrape, daily agent digest, natural-language coaching — is free for cleared professionals. Forever. We make money from verified employers, not from the people looking for work.
One outreach credit = one Express Interest sent to a candidate. You can view, search, rank, and analyze candidates freely — credits only spend when you actively reach out. Unused credits don't roll over, but you can top up at $10/credit if you run out mid-month.
Every tier — Starter, Pro, and Enterprise — is 100% free for the first 6 months after ClearMatch officially launches. No credit card at signup, no trial timer, no feature gates. You get the real product at full agent capability. When the 6-month window closes, paid tiers kick in and we'll notify every customer well in advance with no surprises. Until then, the only thing we ask is that you complete verification so the talent network stays trustworthy.
The 6-month clock starts on our public launch date, which we haven't announced yet. Every employer who signs up during the pre-launch and launch-free period will get at least the full 6 months of free access — the clock doesn't start when you sign up, it starts on launch day. Check back or follow us for the date; we'll give everyone plenty of notice.
Because you hate the demo-call dance as much as we do. Sales-gated pricing exists to maximize what a vendor can extract from each customer. We'd rather price fairly and win on product.
Yes. Monthly plans cancel immediately at end of cycle; annual plans don't auto-renew and you keep access until the end of your term. No exit fees, no hostages. We'll even help you export your hiring pipeline data on the way out.
No. We're not a job board. ClearMatch doesn't host your job posts — it reads them and uses them to score candidates. You can add as many JDs as your tier allows and the agent treats them all as inputs to the matching engine.
When the 6-month free launch window closes and paid pricing kicks in, the first 25 verified employers who subscribe get Agent Pro at 50% off ($1,999/yr instead of $3,999/yr) — locked in for the life of their account, as long as they stay subscribed. It's a one-time window and it's capped at 25 slots. We do this to reward the employers who showed up early and helped build the cleared talent network.
Every employer account is manually reviewed before it can see a single candidate profile. Personal email domains (gmail, yahoo, etc.) are blocked at signup. We also require a US-entity attestation. See our security page for the full breakdown.
Hire cleared talent free through the 6-month launch window. Or deploy your Recruiting Agent and never pay a cent.
No credit cards during the launch window. No sales demo gate. Talent stays free even after launch ends.
